Dr. Brill, a native of Washington, D.C. completed his undergraduate training at the University of Arizona and medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed his residency in Houston Texas at the Harris County Podiatric Surgery Residency program and moved to Dallas to open practice. He was one of the cofounders of the Council on Foot Care for the American Diabetes Association and served in various capacities at both the local and national level for the American Diabetes Association. He is former Chairman of the Department of Podiatric Surgery at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas and has been Consultant in wound care and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Wound Care Center at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. He has authored numerous papers and monographs on wound care and is actively engaged in clinical research as well as clinical practice.
